    Start out at PLYR Pups (3+) or PLYR Foundation Academy (6 to 10) and work your way up our pathway all the way through to PLYR Development Academy, Millwall FC Pro Club Programmes, PLYR Performance and PLYR FC in the Junior Premier League and Post 16 Full-Time Scholarships.

Being an Official PLYR Football Academy Player and wearing the PLYR X Nike Training Kit to each session gives our players a sense of ownership, belonging and being part of a team. The feeling of unity is a really important part of a young player’s social and psychological football development, something which is built into the heart of our ethos at PLYR.

As well as technical development, we take care of the mental side of football too, managing how this impacts our young players, and always making sure we are doing all we can to support everyone at PLYR Football Academy.
