PLYR 90 is a Talent Identification Player Showcase Programme built for the modern game. Events are designed to mirror the demands of professional academies, placing high-potential young footballers into elite training and match environments - where performance is tested and development is everything.

Every detail is intentional. Creativity. Tempo. Game IQ. Players are challenged physically, technically, tactically, and psychologically in high-intensity, structured sessions and competitive match play aligned with academy-level standards.

Players are observed by Premier League Pro Scouts, EFL Pro Scouts and our Professional Coaching & Recruitment Staff throughout the event. Our programme allows talent to be assessed authentically in real-game moments.

Alongside the opportunity to be coached and scouted, each PLYR 90 event will offer new opportunities for squad selection to exclusive national and international events in the UK, New York, Canada and beyond.

EXPERIENCE.

Every player matters.

Following each 4 hour programme, all participants receive individual performance feedback benchmarked against recognised academy development criteria. Feedback focuses on strengths, areas for improvement, and key development actions - supporting players and parents with clarity and direction beyond the event.

It doesn’t stop there. Select players will receive the opportunity to join our post-event 4/6 week academy programmes to deliver tailored support ahead of invite-only showcase fixtures for even more opportunity.

Each player will receive an Official PLYR 90 X Nike Gift Pack and free water throughout.

PLYR 90 offers an environment found only in professional football academies - selective, immersive, and built around individual development. Our limited player intake ensures high standards, focused coaching, and the kind of attention that lets talent rise and players grow.

Who’s It For.

PLYR 90 is for committed, ambitious young footballers ready to be challenged. Players who want to test themselves against academy-level demands and take ownership of their development.

Showcase events are most suitable for former Professional Academy Players no longer with a club, and those currently playing at Advanced Centres, Junior Premier League, County League, District and County FA/Schools level.

Each event will be age-group graded for the best possible football experience.
